Immingham Skate Park - Building Work Starts
Immingham celebrates the start of building works to complete the town's new state-of-the-art skate park arena. Two years in the planning, the project came in response from growing local demand to build a fun and secure outdoor facility, where young people could meet and enjoy extreme sports activities such as skateboarding and mountain biking.

The new £100,000 skating and biking arena is being
installed at Homestead Park and the project should take
10 weeks to complete. The success of winning through
this project is no small thanks to Immingham Town Council representatives, the One Voice Group and certain
determined lady called Elaine Norton.
