TV4Change works with people of all ages, particularly those 
    from disadvantaged or isolated backgrounds.  Our aim is to
    help individuals, groups and associations to grasp the
    opportunity and learn new media communication skills. 
    We also seek to work in partnership with those who represent
    Third Sector organisations, offering support and resources to
    tell positive stories and tackle issues that matter to them most
    through their own short films or news bulletins.

    across a whole range of digital platforms:
